HOLISTIC MASSAGE
While most people will agree that the proper amount
of sleep is extremely important, one in every two adults reports
having trouble getting sleep at one time or another, a recent survey
revealed.
The survey, conducted for the National Sleep Foundation,
asked more than 1,000 adults about their sleeping habits
About 52 percent of the women surveyed said they have sleeping
difficulties, and 45 percent of the men said they have trouble
sleeping. Why is getting a good night's rest such a big problem
for many people?
When asked why they thought they had trouble sleeping,
most people (46 percent) said job-related stress or other worries
contributed to their lack of sleep. In fact, one in four of the
respondents believes one can't be successful in a career and get
enough sleep
